Petra H. Mandigo is an associate in the firm specializing in the practice of insurance defense, including defense of medical and dental malpractice claims, and defense of professional malpractice.
Petra is a 1998 graduate of Ripon College and majored in Chemistry/Biology. After completing her undergraduate education, Petra worked for two years as a chemist in Madison, Wisconsin performing radioactive and non-radioactive drug development research.
Petra obtained her law degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the Creighton University School of Law in 2003. Upon receiving her law degree, Petra spent one year as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Mary Meuhlen Maring, Justice on the North Dakota Supreme Court. Upon the completion of her clerkship, Petra began working for Fleck, Mather & Strutz.
Petra is admitted to practice in the State of North Dakota, the State of Nebraska, the U.S. District Court, District of North Dakota, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. She is a member of the Big Muddy Bar Association, the North Dakota Bar Association, Inns of Court, the Nebraska Bar Association, the American Bar Association (Member: Tort Trial and Insurance Practice section); and the Defense Research Institute.
