A shareholder in the firm since 1990, Curt joined Fleck, Mather & Strutz, Ltd., in 1985. He obtained both his undergraduate (cum laude) and law degree (with distinction) from the University of North Dakota. Curt's main area of practice is in civil trial work, concentrating on personal injury, insurance, and property damage cases.
Curt also has experience practicing before North Dakota tribal courts and various alternative dispute resolution forums.
Curt is licensed to practice in North Dakota, Montana and Minnesota. He is a member of North Dakota Defense Lawyers Association, the North Dakota and Montana Bar, as well as the American Bar Association (tort and insurance practice and litigation sections).
